These Terms apply to this website only. Access to and use of the Cupivec product and related services are governed by a separate written agreement between Cupivec and each customer. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement takes precedence.

• try to gain unauthorized access to the website or its systems, or probe, scan or test them for vulnerabilities;

• suggest that Cupivec endorses you, your products or your services when it doesn't.

The website and its content, including text, graphics, illustrations, code, and the Cupivec name and logo, are owned by Cupivec or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws.

You may view and print pages for your own information or to evaluate Cupivec for your organization. Any other use, including copying, modifying or republishing website content, requires our written permission. Other trademarks that appear on the website belong to their respective owners.

Product descriptions, interface previews, API examples, diagrams and sample data on the website are illustrative. The profiles, people and fit values they show are fictional. Features and availability may change, and nothing on the website is an offer or a commitment to provide a particular feature, result or timeline.

The website gives general information about our product. It is not legal, employment, immigration or other professional advice.

When you contact us, please make sure the information you provide is accurate and that you're entitled to share it. Please don't send confidential or sensitive personal information through the contact form.

This applies even if we have been told such damages are possible.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the website is limited to CAD $100. Some jurisdictions don't allow these exclusions or limits, so they may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cupivec and its directors, employees and agents from any claims, losses and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, that arise from your misuse of the website or your breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of British Columbia have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to the website or these Terms. This doesn't limit any right you may have under consumer protection laws to bring proceedings where you live.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post the updated version on this page and change the “Last updated” date above. If you keep using the website after a change, you accept the updated Terms.

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. If we don't enforce a provision, we haven't waived it. Together with our Privacy Policy, these Terms are the entire agreement between you and Cupivec about your use of the website.
